JEFF HEINEMANN, Principal

Jeff Heinemann earned his  M.B.A. degree from Arizona State University in 1985.  He then formed Matrix Associates, a physician advocate company specializing in Appraisals, Hospital/Physician relationships; IPA/MSO formations and/or restructuring; practice mergers and acquisitions; coding audits and compliance; and practice management consulting services.  With over 35 years in the medical field, Jeff understands the highly complex and often difficult personal, professional, and organizational issues that must be considered when assisting his clients.

STEPHANIE TIMMONS, Principal

Stephanie Timmons, CPC-E/M, CCS-P earned her Bachelor’s degree in 1996 from Southern Illinois University.  She has over ten years of coding experience and earned her CPC credentials in 1999,  CCS-P credentials in 2001, and her EM (Evaluation and Management) specialty credential in 2008.  Stephanie is proficient in documentation/coding reviews for small practices to large multi-specialty groups; revenue enhancement; coding training, support and education; and, coding compliance evaluation and/or development.
